I’m trying to transfer for fall 2017. my 1st college of choice i ended up not liking i did not like the environment, the people , where it was , i was very homesick and it seemed like nobody really wanted to help. I ended my first semester with a 1.8 and transferred to my local community college. I’m starting to apply to colleges now but will they consider my high-school grades more or my first semester grades?

i’m in my second semester now , so i want to proceed to go into my sophomore year for fall 2017. Would it make more since to wait until i finish my 2nd semester so they can see my improvement? The colleges i want to apply to are rolling admissions
