<p>if you are that desperate to be a URM (and i mean this with all sincerity) that u are worried about it percentage wise, then you shouldn't put. Put whatever you call yourself. if you want to be called hispanic even hough you're only 9% of it..than put it. Personally, i don' want to be called french-american...so im not going to put that on anything.</p>
