o I got my sat 2s back. pretty horrid

math 1- 590
american history- 610

im applying to schools like bu, vassar, trinity, dartmouth

my grades are on par and so are my sats but not my subject tests obv. I also took the act once two years ago and I can use that but I got a 24 comp and 21 in science (which is considered NOT prepared for college science)

should I send in my sats 2 or act?

Um, is that how it works?
I thought you had to either send your SAT with 2 SAT IIs, or the ACT.
So what did you get as your SAT score, out of 2400?

What is your SAT score - including breakdown?

Your ACT is too low to send (75th percentile)

Where else did you apply?

I’d send in the history score. A 590 on Math II would hurt you, but a 590 on Math I will destroy you at those schools. They’ll think you have a real problem with basic high school math.

You may also want to expand your list of schools. Dartmouth, Vassar, and BU are very difficult to get in to.

Good luck.

Are you a junior? If so, I’d recommend retaking the SATIIs. That’s what I did and my scores raised almost 100 points in two of my subjects.

I must be honest - unless you have a great hook somewhere, I wouldn’t send either of those scores.

I have 2010 sat scores

700 in math

but idk how i got a 590 in math 1. AND

I need to send either the two sat 2s or the act. These scores are due in days. I’m a senior, I can’t retake it.

I need to send either SAT 2 subject tests or ACT in place of them

I already sent my SAT

Send the ACT…that math score isnt a good idea :/

for the act my math score is 27

^yeah, that sounds better than 590 to me. Because the math on the ACT covers more than the basic math of the sat II.
