<p>between Illinois Institute of technology , Southern illinois and Northern illinois university which one is better for Industrial Engineering . I Am an international applicant,so please do consider everything lk fees , apartment rent( i am not taking the college accommodation ) nd Mainly FACULTY !!! </p>
