Which Orientation?

According to that link, it would seem that you can transfer classes without grades. I may have to take advantage of that…(Spanish isn’t exactly my forte, but I took a class at the local community college just to get it over with. Unfortunately, I didn’t do that well in the class and transferring the grade over could be bad for my scholarship)

Are there any Honors parents going to orientation on Thursday/Friday this week? Anyone staying at the Marriott? Any Honors Humanities people going to be there? I’m coming from CA and I’m sure my daughter will be busy, busy…

Yeah, jnrsmom, you’ll likely be on your own. If no CC’ers speak up, you’ll most likely meet up with people during the first day of orientation that you can hang with. You will be tired after sitting through all the different presentations that first day. Your D will be busy for dinner and will be doing other stuff for Thursday night, so you’ll be kid-less. Bring a good book just in case…you can buy a box of bon-bons at the Stamp and indulge yourself, if nothing else!!! Have fun, and let us know how it goes.

I am sure that the Marriott wil be filled with other parents too!

Hmmm…bon-bons sound good ;)
