Which penn state campus is best

I am not sure which penn state campus would best suit me. I wanted University Parks, but I'm not sure if there's nursing in it. They say it does and then when I look for the link I can't find it. I need other campuses to apply to, help!!!!
which campus is best, I would prefer a city-like lifestyle, very lively and community based!!

Can you afford Penn State paying OOS rates? Here is the listing of nursing options by campus: [Undergraduate Programs | The School of Nursing at Penn State](Undergraduate Certificates – Penn State Nursing)

a new question, related to this: besides University park, which is a better campus at penn state? I am a parent from china, and my son likes Penn State, and we like engineering program at the University park, but if can not get admitted, we may consider other campus at Penn state U. thanks!

^ For engineering, probably Erie (Behrend) or Harrisburg

My cousin is a Senior at the Behrend (Erie) campus majoring in Plastics Engineering, and he loves it there.

There is a special nursing facility in Hershey, PA, I believe. Each Penn State campus is unique and they all have their advantages.
