which pre-med program can i get in so far, and how can I improve from here?

Hi, I am a grade 10 boy who's going into grade 11 next semester. I am a Canadian, and as I look back at my school grades in grade 10... well it's not that good to get into the Ivy's. Right now, I am getting 89.7% for my gr.10 average (I do not know how to convert it into gpa) and I still have to do the SAT. I was in the school's varsity basketball team (although I am quitting next year, due to too much stress from school) and I also throw discus in track and field. I have over 200 hours of community service hours and I also went to kenya this spring with an organization called "Free the Children" to help those who are in needs. Furthermore, I am pretty passionate about arts, so I am currently creating portfolios for the universities. Which pre-med programs are possible for me right now, and what can I do more to improve my chances of getting into good pre-med programs, such as the ones in Ivy's?

When you say pre-med program, do you mean an accelerated program, a combined degree program, or just the regular track for students at the university?
