I'm just curious.. I'm going to be aplying to Applied Economics and Management, but it has an acceptance rate of only 15% or so... what are the schools with the highest acceptance?

you have a source for the 11% stat?

^Just checked, it’s actually 14.6… but that’s still quite low

If you want to be an AEM major you should apply to that program. Don’t apply to a different school or different major just because you think it’s easier than AEM. You are going to have to go through so much to try and do an inner-transfer, and I believe AEM is a hard program to do an inner-trans. to. Just apply to AEM and show your interest in the program and why it’s a good fit for you. Don’t be someone you aren’t. If you feel AEM is right for you show that and you’ll be fine. Don’t worry about acceptance %'s for each major.

I am applying AEM, but I want to know which has the highest. I know Cornell overall has like a 20-somthing percent acceptance, and am just wondering what programs contribute most to that

engineering, they took like 36% a year or two ago and they make up a huge chunk of the student body.

However, one could easily argue stat wise engineering is either the hardest or the second hardest to get into. Thus, don’t go solely on acceptance rate. Take into account the academic qualifications of the class.

I think that was gomestar’s point.
