Which reach should I pursue?

Hi everyone,
I am in the last stage of trimming down my college list, and I am wondering which reach you guys think I would stand the best chance at. I have a 3.57 GPA (3.9 Weighted) with a very strong upward trend, a 31 composite on the ACT, strong letters of rec, ECs are not amazing, but still decent ( I would rate 7/10) and I am ranked in the top quarter of my class at a top 15 school in VA. My schedule is also very rigorous, with 8 A.P. classes and honors whenever I could.
The schools I'm considering applying to as reaches are:

University of Virginia (in-state)
William and Mary (in-state)
Wake Forest
Vasser College
Colgate University
Boston College
University of Rochester

P.S. I get the concept of a reach, and that you are unlikely to get in, but leave your opinion on which one(s) you think would be possible for me to get into.

What are you considering studying? Knowing nothing else about your schedule, I encourage you to look at your instate options because they will offer the same or better education at a lower cost, even without financial aid. Both UVA and William and Mary are excellent undergrad institutions. But each has it’s own strengths and weaknesses. What are you looking for in a college?
