<p>Rutgers New Brunswick has best departments and is also the most selective campus.</p>
<p>New Brunswick is the flagship campus, and what most people assume when you say Rutgers. Their philosophy department is very highly ranked.</p>
<p>For philosophy, NB has the second ranked department in the US (behind NYU) and the third best ranked department in the world (behind NYU and Oxford respectively) i’d say it offers the best one. I have no idea how they are in physics and math though.</p>
<p>They are ranked in the top 20 in math.</p>
