I want to go to UC Berkeley to study environmental science. Which of these tests are worth taking?

AP Calculus BC
AP English Language
AP US History (self-study)
I am confident that I will get a 4 or 5 on both math and history, but for the English test I would probably get a 2 or a 3 if I'm lucky. Is it worth taking the AP Lang test or will it just hurt my college application? The cost of the test is not an issue.

Also, I'm planning to take the SAT Subject tests for English, Physics, and US History. I would also like to raise my math score (I got a 740 last time), but since I can only take 3 tests in one day is it better to take the English test and get a 600, or retake the math one for a high 700?

Why are you taking three subject tests? Berkeley actually doesn’t require any, and according to this, only the colleges of chemistry and engineering recommend them. And there’s no school, to my knowledge, that actually requires three. Besides that, you already have one, so you’d really be taking four
Just retake math, and then see what other schools you are applying to require what subject tests.
As far as APs, definitely Calc and whatever else you can handle.
