Which SAT IIs to send?

I already took three SAT IIs (750 Math 2, 720 Physics, 670 Chemistry), and I already sent all my scores to Drexel Early Action II (December 1). Will Drexel look at all my SAT II scores for admissions or just the two highest ones?

Also, if you sent all your SAT IIs to your colleges (for example, I’m sending mine in U of T, Concordia University at Canada, McMasters, and Waterloo), if one of your scores is a bit lower than the others (my 670), will that be a hindrance to your college application?

I was told by several college counselors to only send the scores that shed a positive light on the applicant unless required by the school. Many schools say “optional” or “recommended” and therefore we only sent my son’s 770 on math (not his 640 on chemistry). My D did not apply to any schools where two SAT II Subject tests were required.
