Which SAT score to use?

Hello, I’ve got a question about which of my SAT 1 scores to use.
I’ve taken the test twice, and here are my scores

Math - 760
Reading - 770
Writing - 720
Total - 2250

Math - 800
Reading - 700
Writing - 780
Total - 2280

Now obviously the second time I did a little better, but I was wondering if there might be any benefit in submitting the first score instead, since the Math + Critical Reading combined score is a little bit highter (1530 vs 1500). Do the UCs just take the composite score into consideration or do Math and CR more weight than writing?

Just put in both.

thats a tough one. Feez, as a note, UC's only take consideration of one SAT score. but considering both are very high, i don't think it will make much of a difference.

If you're applying this year, then unfortunately, it doesnt really matter which score you WANT to send :</p>

You MUST list every test you've taken, and send in the complete score report (which will have all of the tests anyway). The UCs will take the higher overall score and use that. There's no combined or superscore. You dont get to pick.
