If I take a practice PSAT (for my school) or SAT (on my own time, to see where I am at) will colleges be able to see the score? If so, are there any practice tests I can take that will give me an accurate score without being sent to colleges? Thank you!
If you take an actual SAT test, and you send the scores to colleges or if the college requires all scores, then they will see the scores. If the college allows score choice, then you only send the scores you want. That said, I’d advise against using a real SAT test for practice. Use the free practice tests and time yourself.
Admissions does not care about your PSAT scores.
free practice tests from College Board:

Do these free practice tests give back a score like the real test?
They give you all the questions, then the correct answers. You count how many you got right/wrong and then look up your score on the table they give you.
This is all on paper in your bedroom
/kitchen/etc. So no, colleges aren’t spying on you at home to see your practice score.
To late to edit - if there is some type of online practice - maybe Khan? - they still are for nothing more than your own use - no one sees them.
But I would recommend practicing the same way the test it given - on paper.
