Physics, or Math II?

(I've taken physics honors and did fairly well, and I took Pre-cal, yet didn't do well at all second semester)

Math Level 2 is quite easy and has a nice curve. Physics has an even more generous curve, though.

Thanks… How about the content?

I have heard that Physics is basically like the MC section of AP Physics B. Math Level 2 is very straightforward if you know your pre-calculus.

^Silverturtle is absolutely right. I thought Math II was an absolute joke (especially after 2 years of Pre-Calculus/AP Calculus with a great teacher), though you MUST know what’s being tested and you MUST have an idea of how to do the types of problems that will show up. There aren’t that many “weird” or “out there” problems on the Math II exam.

On the other hand, the Physics exam has many “what the hell is this question asking I’ve never seen this before OMG I’m so screwed” questions. While most questions are similar to the AP Physics B MC, there are much more unpredictable questions on the exam.

In my opinion, Math II was much easier. Then again, my pre-calculus teacher was great, so I think it may be in your best interest to get CB’s Official Guides to the Subject Tests and do some practice tests so that you can see the difficulty of the tests.
