Which SAT Subject tests combination is better?

Hi, I'm an international student.

I'd -hopefully- take subject tests next November. I'm planning to take Math Level 2 (Math is really easy) and Physics, but the third subject which makes wonder what to take? Should it be Chemistry/Biology? Or A Humanities subject like History (International History may be?), Literature (I know some, but reading and practicing is really helpful you know) and Languages (I speak English, Arabic and a mediocre German and a little bit French and Dutch).

My predicted SAT grades are about 2250+ and my ACT scores are around 34+, so as a side question will I have a chance getting into elite schools that give generous financial aid?

Also my GPA is 3.82 (for last year) and 3.76 (as the average of my last 3 years)

Thank you, I'd really appreciate your help!

What are you majoring in?

Engineering, Neuroscience, Physics/Astronomy, mostly one of those.

I would go for something in the Humanities to show that you are a well-rounded candidate, assuming that you would do as well in, say, History as you would in Chemistry/Bio. If you would do significantly better in Chemistry/Bio than in any other subjects, though, then you should stick to Chemistry/Bio.
