Which SAT Test Book should I get!?

I am currently a sophomore, planning to take the SAT Junior Year. I needed a Prep Book- and couldnt decide which one.

These are my current choices:

THE OFFICIAL STUDY GUIDE TO THE SAT "- I will get this book in August, when the new edition comes out

But for now.. Should I get Grubers, Princetons, Barrons, or Dr. Chungs. I have never taken the SAT before, and am very weak in the math, reading and writing sections.

I have a Practice Test book- but I still need a book that will teach me.

Thanks So Much for your Help.

The Official Study Guide for the SAT is a good book, I really wouldn’t even worry about getting the new edition though as it’s primarily practice tests and honestly the type of questions don’t change. As long as you get a book that’s after they added the writing section you’ll get pretty much the same tips and questions.

Definitely get the book from the College Board it is the best and the College Board website also has practice tests, the only way to get it and to learn is through practice as well as knowing why you got it wrong.

Go to the right hand bar and click the blue link that says “SAT/ACT.” Your concerns will be better addressed there.

I ordered the Grubers SAT for now, I will buy the Official Study Guide in August.

Do you know the months within the SAT is taken? ALL Months?

[U.S</a>. Registration](<a href=“The SAT – SAT Suite | College Board”>SAT Dates and Deadlines – SAT Suite | College Board)

october, november, december, january, march, may, and june.
