<p>Take the SAT II Math IC (aka SAT Math 1 Subject Test) - the IIC requires knowledge of pre-calculus. Get some review books and study the material. Since you're taking Algebra II this year, you will probably have to learn some concepts you havn't studied yet in school.</p>
<p>It depends on what field you're going into. If you're going to do something math/science related, depending on the school, you might be required to do IIC. If you're not, do IC b/c you might not have learned everything you need to know for IIC.
Take a practice test or do some sample questions for both tests and see which one you do better on.</p>
<p>I agree with both posts. If you are strong in math and usually "get" math, I suggest attempting to learn pre-cal.</p>
<p>Learn some pre-calc--a much better option than trying the SATII Math Level 1--a test with a ****ty curve.</p>
