I'm a senior in the midst of the college application process, and I'm wondering which schools I can most realistically get into.

My list right now:
Brown (I know this is a reach)
Rochester
Michigan
NYU
Boston
UC San Diego
UofWashington
UofA (Safety, I'm from Arizona)

GPA: 4.5 Weighted, 3.8 Unweighted (both will probably improve after this semester)

Rank: 20/550+ (will definitely improve)

ACT: 29 (Considering retaking for a higher score, though it's the average for most of those schools)

AP EXAMS:
AP Language: 5
AP US History: 4

Have been taking community college courses as well since sophomore year under a competitive scholarship program (also during summers):
27+ Credits w/ 4.0 GPA

Also a member of these community college honor societies:
Phi Theta Kappa
Honors Program

ExCurriculars in High School:
Invisible Children Club (3 yrs)- founding member and secretary (Provide awareness and funding for impoverished children in Uganda, we organize our own fundraisers)
Musicians Forum (2 yrs)- Secretary, but now President
LeadAmerica @ Columbia University Summer of 2009

Societies:
National Honors Society
National Society of High School Scholars (ambassador at my school)

Volunteer:
Local Library- 15+ hours
Phoenix Symphony Orchestra- monthly, based off of their need-based schedule
Also about to start volunteering at a local music learning school

Will have taken 8 AP's total
Numerous Honors courses

Great Recommendations

I also have a very strong essay in the works.

Any tips also appreciated.
Thanks!
