Guys, I got accepted to Hamilton college, Colgate university, and U of Rochester, they are all my top choices, I want to major in engineer, so which school would be the best for me to be in the field of engineering.( all three offered me vey generous financial package, so money is not a factor). Any advices would be hopeful for me !
Hamilton and Colgate do not offer engineering majors. They are both excellent schools that will provide you a phenomenal education. You have two options if you are interested in engineering. 1 major in Physics/Chem/Comp Sci/Mathematics and pursue a graduate degree in engineering. They both have 3-2 combined engineering programs with Columbia, RPI and Washington University. Hamilton also has one with Dartmouth.
Alternatively you can attend UR and major in engineering outright.
