Which school gives me a better shot at Med school?

<p>Which of the following schools would give me the best shot at med school? Is that even a relavant question? My options for safe schools to apply to are as follows:</p>

<p>-U of Rochester
-SUNY Stony Brook
-Union College</p>

<p>Union is on there only because I live in Schenectady where it is located and have unnumerable connections at the University...U of Rochester I wouldn't mind going to but I'd much rather go to Stony Brook. Any input anyone can offer would be great. U of Rochester has a med school also which would be nice, but Stony Brook is much smaller and I think I could stand out more there, also I think I would like the small classes...Thanks a lot!</p>

<p>also, I think it's Rochester that has a MD and MBA combined program, Union gets their pre-med students a masters in Business Health Admin. How important is business in medicine today and how important is it to have a business degree, not just a couple courses?</p>

<p>From what I've heard so far, it's best to go to a school with which you're comfortable and sure you can get the highest GPA possible.</p>

<p>The best school is whichever school you can get the highest possible grades in. You have to figure out for yourself which one that is.</p>
