Which school has a better IR program? W+M or UVA

<p>I am looking to go into a International Relations major and I am wondering which school has has the better IR program: The College of William and Mary or The University of Virginia. </p>

<p>And yes, I do realize that its called Foreign Affairs at UVA, I'm just trying to make things easy.</p>
