<p>^Hah, BU certainly rocked hockey this year. Even as a northeastern student who watched the pitiful ending of the NU-BU beanpot, I gotta give them credit.</p>
<p>I think they’re both good schools. For me it would come down to atmosphere. BU is much larger and very urban. Allston’s a really cool place to live, and the location in boston is great but some people do complain about the campus being so sprawled out. BC is much smaller and has a really pretty, more traditional campus. I’m basically just repeating what jessie said above, but I think this really makes the difference. I also agree that BU may be stronger in the sciences whereas BC’s strength is in poli sci and other more liberal artsy majors, at least based on my friends who go there.</p>
<p>Coming from the west, I always thought BC was the “better” school. Now that I have friends at both schools, I really think both have good academics and smart students. Forget prestige, it’s fairly negligible. Pick the school that you think you’ll enjoy most and do best at.</p>
