So i'm a sophomore at Montclair State and i just recently got accepted to Rutgers New Brunswick as a criminal justice major. I'm just afraid i would do bad at Rutgers just because people say it's a hard school and also because of the size. I've been debating if i should transfer and dorm, or apply to Rowan and dorm, or just dorm at Montclair because i want that full college experience. I feel that if i dorm at Montclair, it would be a waste of money because i live five minutes away but i don't want to commute because i want to move out for once.

Rutgers Newark has a great criminology program. Transfer there if you can and live on-campus. You’ll get the college experience as well as a valuable degree which will later help you find a job.

Try also posting on the College Search & Selection forum as your question is more about the programs than transferring, and that forum gets more traffic.
