Which one of the schools I've listed is the most fun or enjoyable (clubs, organizations, and nightlife) with generally happy (and nice) people? Just wondering :D

You can rank them or just name one by the way!

All of those are great schools where a lot of student population is happy, but i’d say Penn, JHU, and Columbia might be the most stressful schools based off of my teachers and friends who went/is going there. I think Dartmouth and Brown are the more “relaxed” ivies.

I would think going to college in an isolated location in a cold climate would get depressing - particularly around February. I believe that leads to excessive drinking. That is why I didn’t recommend my son apply to any colleges in Upstate New York or rural New England.

Depending upon the student, living in a large city can be exciting, or extremely stressful and a cause of unhappiness. I love visiting large cities, but after a long day in Manhattan, I am ready to sleep the whole next day.

I visited Carnegie Mellon and Northwestern and didn’t particularly think either of them had a very happy or fun atmosphere. Maybe that’s just their music departments though haha. I’ve heard that Brown is pretty awesome in general, but I’ve never been there…

U OF FLORIDA is a very fun and happy campus. The weather and the fact that Gainesville is a 100% college town catering to the students = a great environment.
