<p>Im an international student in seattle. My current GPA is 2.8 to 2.9( I don't know my transferable GPA but probably higher . Im applying to transfer for Fall 08. Which university in California should I apply ? My major is electrical and computer engineering.</p>

<p>The only way to make sure you don't get in is to not apply. So...you should apply everywhere that you would like to be accepted to.</p>
<p>However, with that GPA you would also be wise to apply to a few CSU's as well.</p>
