Which school should I apply to by Early Action?

Thank you for the helpful replies! @siliconvalleymom, no I am not; both of my parents attended college outside the U.S. I know it helps to be a legacy, but it shouldn’t hurt if you’re not, right?
Also, since I am planning on a major in the sciences, would Harvard be the best route for that? I am strongly considering that one over all the others right now.
Do I seem like another boring applicant who is likely to be rejected? I was hoping the fact that I have followed my passion for the sciences and international studies (as evident by my exctracurriculars) would help, especially since I placed at a national-level competition for Health Science.
One last question: how many essays does Harvard require? The prompt(s) won’t be up until July, but does anyone have previous experience with the application process who could help?
