Which school should I attend?

I have narrowed my choices down to University of Southern California (Biomedical/Electrical Engineering program) and the University of Texas at Austin (Electrical Engineering program). I am waiting on two more schools but I'll think of those if and when I get accepted (they are UMich and CMU).

I am having trouble deciding which school to go to. I live in Austin, so UTA is very convenient for me. It is also much cheaper, yet I could recieve fin aid from USC to make up for that since my family income is less than 40k. USC on the other hand has a joint biomed/electrical program which I think would suit me well. UTA's undergrad engineering program is ranked higher than USC's, although its the other way around for grad school. USC has been climbing in rankings and is #30 as of now, but lets say I were to come back to Texas after my education, how prestigous would USC be down here over an education from UTA, and would I be able to get just as good job offers here from USC as from UTA? I can't really compare because USNEWS isn't exactly accurate, and I'm comparing two different majors. So basically what I want to know is that if anybody prefers either of these schools over the other could you please state why and maybe this well help me make my choice. Thanks.
