which school should i choose ?

<p>here is my Stats Profile-:
Sat score : 2200
class rank : top 10%
extra curricular : Guitarist and back up vocalist in a band since 2 years; Captain of school soccer team; member of local soccer club; Cultural Head of my school.</p>

<p>Volunteer act. : tutoring : about 40 hours; crowd/participants management in school annual function : about 10 hours</p>

<p>Awards : an academic certificate; qualified for the first round of national quiz competition; </p>

<p>i either want to apply ED at Dartmouth or early action at Harvard....... what should i do and what are my chances in both?</p>

<p>First of all, it is hard to chance top schools (they are reach for >99% students though). Second, you need to provide more information for chancing: uwGPA, score break down, course load, etc.</p>

<p>i am an international student so i dont know what uwGPA is but my GPA is 4.0(90%-100%)</p>

<p>you are not a strong enough applicant to just put both those schools down…they are reaches for almost anybody…apply to some lower schools that are more in your range.</p>

<p>Definitely need to be doing more extracurricular activitie and those awards are not too impressive. Also, I second the part of coming up with other schools because Harvard and Dartmouth aren’t easy to get into. Students with a 2400 get rejected from Harvard left and right.</p>

<p>No offense, but you almost have an instant reject becuase you lack EC’s. Chance me back :D</p>
