Which School Should I Go To For Civil/Environmental Engineering?

<p>OK so I know many of you have seen this post before and know a few of my personal preferences. But pretend you know nothing about me for a minute. Which school would be the better choice to study civil/environmental engineering?</p>

-Northeastern University
-Purdue University - West Lafayette
-University Of Massachusetts - Amherst
-University Of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh Campus</p>

<p>You may want to look at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania - an absolutely excellent engineering school.</p>
