Which school should I pick for Psychology BA: UC Irvine, UC Davis, or CSUN?
Would you please guide me
Did you get to visit all the campuses?
Costs for each school? Is affordability a problem?
Are you within commuting distance of any of the schools or do you plan to live on campus?
Location preferences?
Career objective with your degree?
Have you compared the Psychology degree programs between the 3 schools? Do you have a specific area of interest and do these schools offer courses/electives in this area?
What are you looking for in your college experience?
I have visited all campuses I didn’t like the area in Davis. It was scary for me to walk at night in the dark. For finical davis is expensive then Irvine but CSUN is cheaper. I want to go to grad school for PHD after my undergrad. I thought that I will need a field of research to help me qualify for grad school, also I am interested in developmental Psychology/child development. I am scared of finances would become a barrier for me to achieve my goal. Bu I will take Loans and try to do study work to pay off. I care about the major wise. Am I going to lose my GPA in UC Irvine if i planed to study psychology there because of the quarter system? Or i will actually learn a lot about psychology and happy with my grades. That’s what I care about now more than the campus place. Irvine is very beautiful. Csun is very different i can commute to it. And their general psychology program is not hard. I just don’t wanna miss out going to a good school for my major and experiencing new places and environment. Thank you for ur response
