Which school will be a better choice?

Medical schools are said to look at MCAT and GPA with little or no adjustment for the school or courses / major chosen (as long as you take the pre-med courses). Of course, other criteria like medicine-related extracurriculars, interviews, etc. get factored in for those who make the cut on the MCAT and GPA criteria. Ask on the pre-med forum for more information.

Note that [grade inflation](http://www.gradeinflation.com) tends to be greater at more selective schools (see the list of schools at the bottom), so it is not always a given that you will get a higher GPA at a less selective school.
