<p>Stony Brook, because I'm in-state and SB has a great science program, has a prettier campus than Albany.</p>

Muhlenberg seems kind of random in there as the only small liberal arts school amongst big state universities.</p>

<p>Stony Brook has an excellent math program and you're in state, so I would go with that. </p>
<p>Rutgers and Maryland are also very strong in math, especially applied math for Maryland, but I would stay in state.</p>
