CSU Long Beach vs. Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, for Human Resources Management.
Would you go to:
A). A school that offers a major in HR Management (CSU Long Beach)
or
B). A school that is more prestigious than Choice A, but does not offer a direct major in HRM. It offers a concentration of HR within the Management major. (Cal Poly SLO)

Choice A is located closer to a metropolitan area (Los Angeles), which is where I live, making it easier to find internships/part-time jobs therefore adding to the amount of experience I receive, while Choice B is in the middle of nowhere. I would not have to live at school if I choose Choice A. I could go home during the summer though, so there's always the summer to work if I choose Choice B.

Choice B has a "learn by doing" curriculum - it's much more reputable and its grads more coveted among employers.
