Which school?

I'm applying to Gerogetown university, and was wondering which school I should apply to.

Which place is the most fun? I imagine the Foreign Service School and the Business School as places where the majority of ther students are graduates, and that's not too good.

Also, do the students from the college, business school, and foreign s.s. have any connection to each other? Do they live together? Or these are completely separatze institutions?

How many undergraduates attend each school? I could not find the answer to this anywhere on the Internet.

Basically, I would have my preferred major (something connected to Economics) at all three places (no nursing:) so that doesnt really matter.

thanks for you help!

I’m pretty sure everyone lives together. You can choose to live with someone in your school or not using the CHARMS program I believe, but I would imagine dorms are mixed. You can find the number of admitted students to each school on Georgetown’s Undergraduate Admissions page under First Year -> Student Profiles. Your choice of school should be based on the academic program you are most interested in because that is where they vary the most. As far as student life, etc, I would imagine the experience does not depend very much on the school you attend other than potentially different workloads, but that could also occur within the schools due to different majors etc.

Thank you! However, my problem is that although the website states the number of admitted sutdents for each school (which is quite low for business: 700), it doesnt say anywhere the number of actually enrolled students…

problem solved, thanks

To be clear, there is really no division in student life. My roommate is in the business school, I’m in the college. In my group of friends, there are four in the college, four in SFS, one in the nursing school. I wouldn’t worry much about what school you choose effecting your daily life.
