<p>I don’t know the specific answer to your question, but people are human and I have to believe if the scores are there, that they will get looked at. Especially if someone is on the margin.</p>
<p>Check collegeboard.
Go to each of the college’s “website” things in collegebaord and see under SAT, AP, CLEP.
They should have info there on what they use the W section for (if they do).</p>
<p>I think it is pretty much understood throughout colleges that the writing score is “less important” than math and verbal, but they will certainly regard it. I think colleges consider it similarly to SAT II tests to be honest. It’s important to do at least moderately well for all of those schools in Writing (600+), as they are all competitive. None of them WONT look at it.</p>
