Which schools do you regret not applying (or applying) to?

its not too late for McGill Skullduggery,

i wish i had applied to MIT so i could get theconfetti tube.

lol the confetti tube is so cool

BC EA...truth be told, I only didn't apply because a crazy girl at my school is fanatical about going (luckily she got in)...she literally stalked the 2 other people who applied early action...It was like 8th on my list, so I didn't bother

Duke, Vanderbilt, Villanova, Bucknell, Beloit, Tufts, Clarkson, Syracuse, and Notre Dame.

Didn't really want something too far north, so maybe just Duke and Vanderbilt really.

Too much to choose from.

regret not applying to Chicago... what a great school~
also regret not applying to any top LACs...

Georgetown, Penn, and Harvard.

Ran outta time =/

coulda made Penn, but for some dumb reason I decided not to.

With 0* weather here, I regret applying to all northern colleges... and I regret NOT applying to UC Berkeley, Irvine, Pomona, Pitzer, Scripps...

It seems there really are just too many colleges to choose from lol. Time was a big issue for me too.

Virginia, North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Davidson, Kenyon, Mississippi, Kansas, Colorado, Alabama, Notre Dame, Bucknell, Clark U.

I haven't applied yet but I know what my response will be.
I will regret not applying to any US schools...but then again, your application system is to complicate i think it's just best to keep my hands off it....but it's SO tempting >:(

My friend told me, "you should've applied to an Ivy, like one that rhymes with GOWN."

I actually do regret not applying to Brown. But I'm extremely happy with where I'm going, so it's okay.

I regret applying to one of the smaller in-state privates I applied to...I don't want to go there, and they gave me a significant scholarship and an invitation to their scholarship competition. I had to fight with my parents to let me not go, and they're going to be slightly less generous in the money they give me next year (even though the school I'm attending costs less). It's worth it, though.

WFU, Pomona, Vanderbilt, Duke, Colby, BU, Bowdoin, Middlebury, Haverford, Swarthmore, and at least one Ivy. Especially the UC's, but I wouldn't have gotten in since I'm out-of-state.

I regret applying to my state university because I got in and I have little intention going there, but so many overly-qualified people who actually want to go are being postponed.

haha juliushark, I'm an international too. And to make it worse, I basically did the apps on my own and the only thing my guidance counselor really did was my School Report and rec. I had to research, compile etc etc meanwhile a few friends had a good-natured laugh at my expense because of how much easier it is to apply to university here.

I kind of regret not applying to more math/science/tech schools
the only one I'm applying to is MIT..
ok, so the other ones I'm applying to have great programs, but the atmosphere just isn't the same

Yale. I applied to my ED and got in, so I was never able to apply.

Williams/Amherst for sure.

Davidson was the only LAC out of the 10 schools I applied to (mostly because I prefer its Southern location to the isolated, hilly NE), but I definitely regret not applying to those two :/

^^^Oh yeah, Amherst! I was just thinking about that place wondering why I didn't apply. The again, application fees can be quite costly, so no matter which schools I chose I would still have had to leave some off the list.

i regret applying to vanderbilt because i really don't enjoy the social life there and i know i would pick umich over it anyway.

Regret not applying to MIT...

regret applying to WashU. I knew nothing about the school, and totally fell for all those mailings.

regret not applying to georgetown. I let my mom talk me out of it because it has a religious affiliation.
