BC has no shortage of parties and social life, but has zero frats. Re Tulane football, thanks for clarifying that, fallenchemist. Seems like Tulane football would be more exciting if they had a much smaller stadium but filled it, rather than having 30,000 people in the Superdome and having it looking empty.

Couldn’t agree with you more Schmaltz. I would even add, as I think you meant, smaller stadium on campus. As you may know, the original Sugar Bowl (Tulane Stadium) was on campus, but after the Superdome was finished and the Saints started playing there (and therefore stopped paying rent to Tulane), there was no way economically to safely maintain an old structure like that. So down it came. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is adequate space on campus any longer for a new football stadium. Not particularly relevant to this thread, but some people like knowing trivia like that.

If I remember correctly, the schools where “The Students Pack the Stadiums” are… (not in order)

Notre Dame
U Mich
Penn State
USC
Alabama
UTexas
Duke
VTech
Texas A&M

Hard to believe they don’t pack it at Ohio State and LSU, among others. Auburn? Florida?

I was doing the list from memory…

Ohio State, Florida, and Auburn are probably also on the list.

Clemson was on that list before but then this year it got dropped while schools like Wabash, Williams are still on that…interesting

from what I’ve seen I’m still seeing 80,000 people at football games, people at basketball games and even people at volleyball and soccer games.

South Carolina, Georgia, Syracuse, UCONN, Alabama, Texas.

We (including me) are getting off track from the OP’s thread.

No way Duke is on that list; I don’t think their football stadium has been more than 50% full once in the past 10 years.

i completely forgot about syracuse. it definitely fits your criteria, and you should get in. i would also suggest looking on a website called c o l l e g e p r o w l e r . com . it gives letter grades to colleges and you could search for schools that fit your criteria.

*it gives letter grades to colleges *

I think it’s funny that it also gives letter grades to the attractiveness/beauty of the students. A’s for babes.

^haha yeah i thought that part of it was strange, and some of it seems to be slightly outdated, but it is useful.also some of the grades tend to be marked down for little things.
