Which schools have good pharmacy programs?

During my whole college search process, I car across a program at Northeastern where one can get their doctorate in pharmacy in 6 years (not sure if i worded that 100% correctly). I’m very interested in a program like that, but I know that i’m a bit below average for Northeastern, especially for a program like that (i’m assuming so, I can’t find much information about it.)

Since that probably won’t work out for me, I was wondering what other schools are good for pharmacy. A program like the one I described at Northeastern would be nice, but I’d be happy with going anywhere with a good program.

Out of all the schools I visited, Tulane and UMiami are my favorites. Do these schools have good pharmacy programs?

Thanks!

Tulane and UMiami do not have a pharmacy schools. Please look at each university’s website for basic information. Northeastern has a 6 year D.Pharm. program. That is not the same as a Ph.D.

Xavier University of Louisiana has an excellent pharmacy program.

Have you checked out programs at public universities in your home state?

Start with schools in your state. Some schools that have 2+4 or 0-6 pharmacy programs and might give merit are U Toledo, Duquesne, Ohio Northern.
