you ladies should think about what it says about you that you are so interested in talking about which schools have "hott guys" rather than which schools will give you the best education. college guys will just use you, freshman girls, for sex anyways. just try not to catch a disease, will ya?

...because the most attractive girls school thread is not 15 pages long?

Ones personal values should not be judged for starting a fun thread, thank you.

BO5TON, using any word used to represent a people group out of context to be signify something negative is both prejudice and wrong. It is equivailent to throwing around the N-word when referring to Black people (whether or not one was using it to reference the slavery and rascism our country imposed on that particular subculture of human beings within our country).

Sanjenferrer, while I concur with your above statement, I have also begun to realized the "range of attractiveness" is way too broad to be simply addressed in a forum. While I find many actors and sports players very attractive, I also have a affinity for the kids in 6 AP classes, who cannot throw a football, yet are passionate about their WoW characters.

I admit I simply wanted a "Hot Guys Schools"thread because the boys had a "Hot Girls Schools" thread...

Apparrently some of our CC men took it a little to close to home. To those whom I may have offended, I apologize.

No, no, no and no. You have no idea about where that context comes from and is used. I saw you're gay--super. Congratulations.

I happen to be pretty damn straight, thank you.

I'm fully behind tdanielle's premise behind the creation of this thread...what's so wrong about asking which schools have good-looking people? especially when no one has a problem when guys ask it about girls.

b05t0n, I don't care if the hiphop community says it. It's not acceptable. Got it? good. Oh yea, tdanielle is straight, hence why she created this thread.

No, I dont got it. FWIW, I know a ton of gay people who use the word 'homo' without a problem.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone...I too despise the use of "gay" or "homo" used improperly and yes I hear it all the time everywhere I go including UF...it even offends a straight guy like me...the post was an attempt at sarcasm to mock this thread...I cannot edit the post for some reason

Yes, I think I've met one or two guys who seemed like they wanted to use me for just sex, but that is not a problem. If you want sex, then go get it. If you don't want sex, then don't be a retard and keep your legs closed. That easy.

Uhm... I dunno what school has the best boys. I know my school has the best girls according to playboy.

Also... I've met a lot more guys who didn't just use me for sex so... I guess college guys can't be all bad, huh?

Here's a little question, Boston:

Is it okay for me to poke at how the Jews are responsible for everything bad in the world? No? Ok, what if I told those that were offended that they just weren't in touch with the Nazi community? Oh, it's still offensive? Maybe I shouldn't say it.

See where I'm going with this?

Ilikedice, that is an asinine comparison, and anybody with half a brain knows that. Let us look at why:

Jews DO NOT cause all of the world's problem.

Claiming otherwise can only be construed as offensive.

Jews were scapegoated long before the nazis, and have continued to be long since their fall.

Men who are attracted to other men are homosexuals.

Homo can be used as short for homosexual, much like frat is short for fraternity.

Saying "No Homo" is not done to be offensive. Rather, it is designed to make clear a person's sexual orientation, in cases where it maybe in doubt based on a statement they make.

See the difference? No Homo has become a somewhat common term, and frankly, there's nothing wrong with that.

^^^^ Well done. ilikedice, that's not a fair comparison at all--comparing what I said, to blaming us for the worlds problems? yeah....no. Phail.

Oh, you guys are absolutely right...just because "homo" is short for "homosexual" it makes everything A-OK.

And you call me asinine.

Yup, you are.

The U.S. Service Academies, I would say. No one is fat, really. People take care of themselves, are in pretty good shape, are usually smart... Same thing with females, for the most part contrary to popular belief.

I would have to agree with you GoNavyXC, yet Im more of a peace core girl than a U. S. Service Academy girl. I am fully and completely grateful for the protection that the military provides, yet am also aware that I wouldnt be able to handle it. : )

As for offensive comments that have been made, I am no longer willing to debate such a topic. Personally, I believe that respect should be grated to everyone and care should be taken not to (even unintentionally) be discourteous (putting it lightly)... yet of course, that is just my opinion.

Chill out...I hate preachy types.

No Homo isn't necessarily offensive, its just intensely juvenile.

Oh dear.

Is everyone in the US so uptight?
Almost all my gay friends use the word homo. Just like the use 'gay' to mean bad. It definatly doesn't make anyone homophobic

I've never taken any remarks made toward me about my race or religion or anything else as anything other than a joke. If they not joking then why waste your time taking them seriously?
