Which schools should I apply? For fall 2015

I have a 60 GPA on a 100 scale which is something like 2.40 on a 4 scale.
SAT 1350, CR-360, W-450, M-540.

EC’s:
Volleyball: 9th, 10th, 11th
Hitter playing on number 3 or 4 in school team

VP, Delegate, Press member in Model UN : 9th, 10th, 11th
Represented various governments, resolutions passed in most of them. Leaded the club in school. Wrote articles for MUN newspaper and took photographs.

Attendee at EKO Conference: 10th
Resolution based on the continental shelf problem between Turkey and Greece has been passed and sended to a governmental organisation.

CONTRARWISE International Contest by Columbia University: 12th
Participated with a poem representing the governmental problems in Turkey, the winner of the contest is not identified yet.

Intern at Acik Radio, a media-based organisation: 11th
Assisted with daily tasks for a week. Have seen an exposition, written an article about it. The article has been read out during a program of the radio station.

President of the class: 10th
VP of the class:11th
Reported student’s wishes and complaints to teachers, and vice-versa. Dealed with daily tasks in class.

President of the Entrepreneurship Club: 11th
Prepared a year end festival for fundraising for LOSEV. Contacted famous personalities in order to have them singing/doing a speech in the festival.

Member of the Spanish Club: 9th
Got involved with the Spanish culture and language, had a 3-day trip to Barcelona during the semestrial break.

Fundraised at school via my photography expositions and have built dog houses at a local animal shelter.(10th-11th)

Volunteered at French La Paix Hospital and assisted the elderly. 11th, 12th

Boston University CELOP: 11th (During summer break)

Already applied to ULousiana and UMissouri-Columbia (just because my father has attended and teached in these colleges)
And Wheaton College(MA),U Iowa, UMass Boston.

Also considering Emmanuel College and UAlabama.

It’s kind of late to be applying to additional colleges, especially since aid will be important because of a parent who is not working at the moment. The SAT scores together with your academic record may be of concern to some of the schools on your list. You have excellent ECs, but many colleges will be wondering if you can manage the academic workload.

Have you considered doing a gap year, or an additional year of study at secondary school if possible? This would give you an opportunity to work on raising your test scores, which would increase your chances at admission.

Another option is to apply to test optional colleges (such as Union, which is on your list). The challenge for you here is that those schools would be looking for a strong academic showing in high school. Maybe if you had a year of college-level work under your belt at your local equivalent to a US community college, that might help. You are going to have to think very strategically.
