Which schools should I consider applying to?

I've just been feeling really overwhelmed looking through all the stats on this site and I have to say I'm completely blown away...
I'm kind of at a loss for what I should be aiming for at this point. Suggestions would be really great!

SAT I (breakdown): 750 CR 660 Math 780 Writing (I'll be retaking it!)
ACT: (taking in June)
SAT II: (taking Chemistry, US History, and Math II in May)
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): school does not rank
AP: World History (5), (taking Chemistry, English Language, and US History this year)
Senior Year Course Load: AP Biology, AP Gov/Econ, AP Spanish Language, AP English Literature, AP Calc B/C, Journalism 2
Major Awards : n/a (National Merit Commended maybe..I think a 211 qualifies for that?)

Extracurriculars: Key Club since Freshman year (Treasurer), NHS, CSF, Newspaper editor
Volunteer/Community service: I have no idea how many hours but definitely 100+, hospital work (ER, Nursing, etc), Key Club related activities
Summer Activities: n/a (trips to visit family in Bangladesh since I was little though..I think that's more essay material?) I also applied to QuestBridge's college prep scholarship, waiting on that for now

State : CA
School Type: Public Charter
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Female
Income Bracket: low?

You’re “blown away” by the stats on here, yet you have a perfect 4.0 GPA and a 2190 SAT…? Seems like you fit in perfectly here.

You ask us which schools are good for you yet you tell us nothing. What major/minor do you want? City/rural campus? Large/small school? Liberal arts or institute of technology?

I feel like at this point kids like you are just making topics like this to list out your “awful” stats for petty compliments or some sort of confidence boost.

Yikes…sorry to have come off that way. It’s the EC’s of the kids on here that have been making me nervous. I didn’t really even start thinking too much about that stuff until the beginning of junior year.

I’m thinking medicine at the moment. I love liberal arts too but my main goal is to be able to help people. I fell in love with Doctors Without Borders after we watched a documentary in class, because after having been to Bangladesh as a kid I just really had this urge to be a part of a humanitarian cause.

City campus would be lovely. I’ve never really had an experience with smaller schools so I’m not sure how I’d like that.

You have no reason to be nervous. You’ll get into college. A very good one at that.

I’m not really good at suggesting schools but you should consider UPenn. I was at their campus the other day (was visiting Drexel) and it was great. It has that city-ish feel to it. The area is great, its basically all college kids as its right across the street from Drexel. I don’t know much about it’s Medicine program, but I’m sure its very good. Your GPA and course rigor put you in reach. Try to get a 2200+ when you retake the SAT, write good essays, and get good rec’s and you’ll have a good shot.
