I understand why one would worry over this since it’s basically four years of your life spent at an institution you worked so hard to get into.

Believe me, you HAVE a chance. It’s up to you to maximize it by what you put in.

Work hard!!! TBH, I really regret not studying for the SAT because my college counselor told me that it is VERY important, unfortunately. I have a friend who got accepted into Harvard, Dartmouth, and Stanford with a 2200. The guy was also a great writer, always reading “heavy” books such as Anthem and such, and I believe it was his reading that helped him with his writing.

Even though I am going to one of the best universities in the world, I do feel a tint of regret when I see my application essays and wonder what it would’ve been like if I studied for the SAT.

And as for those college, I’m not too sure. One site you can go to is College P R O W L E R which gives you acceptance rates and information about the college, brief information that is.

I’m sure you can get into one UC if you do what you need to do.

Also, don’t look at other applicants’ information. Worrying because of THEIR stats is completely futile and it doesn’t help but cause worry, which isn’t a pretty flower. It’s completely arbitrary the way colleges select students for the new incoming class, so anything goes in the admissions process.

Best of luck and tell me how it goes!!!
