Which schools will likely waive OOS or give a substantial merit scholarship for our daughter?

Take a look a Tennessee Tech. It flies under the radar outside of the state, but it’s very affordable, a great school, and offers low cost plus good merit.

Good point. This is how we approached it with our premed D. And we also were on a merit hunt as a donut hole family.
