Which science to take Senior Year?

Hi all,
I’m stuck as to which science I should take my senior year (I’m currently a sophomore).
By the end of this year, I will have taken H Biology and H Chemistry and junior year I’m scheduled to take AP Physics 1. I’m not sure which science to take senior year, because I don’t remember a lot about biology and chemistry while I have a good grade, I’m not sure I would be able to succeed there.
My school offers AP Bio, AP Chem, and AP Enviro (in addition to AP Physics)

For starters, you have a year to decide. When that time comes, take the class that interests you more/has the better teacher/has a better track record on the AP exam/is more closely aligned to your future plans. I would not worry too much about not remembering the content of the previous bio/chem courses - it will come back pretty quickly.
