Which score should I send? 21 ACT or 1070 SAT?

Question above says it all.
On the SAT I got a 570 in verbal and 500 in math. 16/24 on the essay.
On the ACT I got
19 Math
19 Reading
21 Science
25 Writing
And haven’t received my essay score yet.
I’m not sure what to do. I’m taking the ACT in April and June again and trying to aim for a 30. I like it better than the SAT bc it’s easier to study for. But do you think I should take another SAT and try improving the only math section so I get a super score higher than a 1100? Or just stick to getting a 30 which is like a 1400 on the SAT. Also, worst case scenario, do I send the 21 or 1070? On top of that my gpa is like a 3.5W…Sorry for the many questions! I’m not sure what do because I’m not a genius

In my opinion sending either of them/both is fine because they are essentially equal to each other. However, if you are hoping to get into UDel you will definitely need higher scores. If you can get a 30 on the ACT, you’ll definitely be in better standings. It wont hurt to try again on the SAT too, remember that even if you do poorly on the SAT, you are not required to send those scores to UDel! So it does not hurt you to try again, it can only do nothing, or help you. If you think that taking the SAT again however will distract you from getting that 30 on the ACT, then focus in on the ACT! This is my advice to you, but I would definitely talk to a school guidance counselor, or a college counselor.
