<p>on the one hand, i would send the act , because u have the best individual section score there....</p>

<p>on the other hand, i checked google, and it seems like a 1950 (1280-1310 CR /M) on the sat's is equal to a 29, while a 1890 on the sat's is equal to a 28... so since ur 30 points in between the 2 it could be read as basically the same score. ....</p>

<p>did u take sat 2's and do well? if u did, then id send sat's... becasuse act students rarely need to submit sat 2's and u dont really need to send sat's and act's</p>
