Which Score Should I send?

Hey, so I took the ACT and SAT both twice.

My highest score on the ACT is: 28
My highest score on the SAT is: 1970 (640 CR/ 630M / 700W)

which one should I send to colleges? which one is higher or would be perceived better?
If it helps to decide, I am planning on applying to ivies and school that are up there.

Also, my composite score for SAT increased by 210 the second time I took it.
However, my ACT went down to 26 the second time, and I am planning to take it again in December and hopefully beat all my previous scores.

A 28 on the ACT is equivalent, percentile-wise, to about a 1920 on the SAT, so at the moment your SAT score is better. Wait until your Dec scores come out and decide then; hopefully you score better so it’s pretty clear which one to send.

well, the situation I am in right now is that I must send in my college app to one of my colleges by December 10 (3 days). However, Im not completely positive I will get a good score on the ACT, so I don’t wanna tell ACT to send it, right now.

I want to see my score before I send it, so can I send the test score as an “update” after I submit the application?

I think when that college says it wants stuff by Dec 10, that doesn’t include score reports for your tests. Even if you sent your score report right now, SAT score reports have been known to take anywhere up to 4 weeks to deliver, and I dunno about ACT but I presume it would also take a while, so the admissions office won’t mind if it’s sent later; you might want to call up to check the specific requirements.

Alright thank you for you help and You’re right, the deadline is Dec 10 only if you want an interview, so that what I was worrying about.
