I took both SATII Subject Tests for math. My results were:
Math I: 770
Math II: 700

I sent in the 770 Math I score. Will admissions look down on the score because it was level 1 versus level 2? Thought 770 was a good choice (high percentile on CollegeBoard as well) but now im not so sure?

770 in Math I is eons better than 700 in Math II.

Math I has no curve, so you likely got one wrong.

Math II, however, has a substantial curve; you may have gotten as many as ten wrong.

Good choice, sir or madam.

thats a relief to hear for Brown.

Although for Harvard it’s got me slightly worried. I submitted both for Harvard since they require 3 subject tests (US History:700, Math II: 700, Math I: 770) :/

Not trying to be mean, but for Harvard Math I and Math II are both math subject tests, one more advanced than the other. I’m not sure if this really counts as 3 subject tests.
