Which score will be used?

SAT: 2150 (650 M 750 V 750 W)
ACT: 32
I will send both, which score will college admissions officers consider to be the "better one" and therefor be the one they look at when they make the final decision (or is this even how it works?)

I imagine they would use whichever they deem highest or the absolute best combination...

so they will use which is in my best interest?

according to wikipedia a 32 converts to anything between 2160 and 2210. But honestly, I'd think they would look at both scores equally since it is pretty close.

so would it be in my benefit to send both?

Well, if you're sending SATIIs, they'll see your SAT I score anyways.

take it again, it won't hurt

Considering the breakdown of your SAT I, they might like the ACT score more if it has a better distribution. Just a thought. If your Math ACT was good, they might just look at the ACT.

my math ACT was a 30...is that better than a 650?...but my english on the ACT was a 28, so I kind of did the opposite on the two tests, I guess they balance eachother out.
